T-66 Sizing for S5 t2

Looking to run a HKS manifold with a precision turbo T-66 What specs should I opt for for a streetported Series 5 Rx7.

Here are the options.

Looking at the PT-66 turbos.

I'm currently thinking Tangental with the HKS manifold with a .96 AR.

Also, reading the oil feed thread and the potential for serious bearing failure, what size oil feed should be used in this setup? I'll be using a -10an drain with t04 flanges, Should I also try hooking up Vacuum to the oil pan via the oil filler neck?
