Swapping turbos

I currently have a single 20g greddy turbo, I'm looking to swap it for a bigger one, however I connot decided on one. I heard nothing but good things about the ball bearing turbos from HKS, but at the same time I have never used anything but greddy in any of my cars. PItch in your opinion on what turbos would be good just so I make sure I know all of my options, also I'm looking to get about 450+ on a stock port engine. Thanks

audiobot7's old setup was a t78, with a 1 bar run he could pull close to 500rwhp...
that setup was pretty nice
