Only just got into this thread, but you should have been doing way better times on C16 @ 24psi on a T66 (or even T76)
I'm running a 12A Fullbridgeport Turbo and a GT3582R and am getting nearly 400rwhp on pump fuel at 15psi.

I agree... I will kill this thread and pull the engine...don't think a 13B will be going back in. Thanks for your help.
