streetable turbo for ported 13b?

i am running a large port 13b and am looking for a streetable turbo on a budget. i am only aiming for 300-350 horses, but a broad torque curve and an early spool. the car is my DD but also see weekend racing(auto-x, road course). how small is to small for a hot side a/r .6? .7? i have searched and waded through a ton of threads, but didnt seem to be coming up with many answers.

my personal recommendation to you is to run a T04E with 60 comp and A/R of at least 0.84 as you engine has been ported. Also an option is the Mitsu (Greddy) TD06SH-25.

What's your budget. Telling us that will help in pointing you in a good direction

my budget at the moment is a couple hundred dollars. i have a T03B that i was planning to build a twin setup with, but for simplicity i think i would rather go with a single.

A couple hundred for just a turbo? or for the turbo, manifold and wastegate?

I'd say you need AT LEAST $600.
