SS autocrome exhaust manifold

2 years ago i both 2 exhaust manifold for my rx-7 in ebay, from some ssautocrome guy , I just plug and play one , and I take anothe for fix it.

I have spend more than $150 over the exhaust manifold $180 plus a lot of working hours to make the manifold decent.

I hope that it gone work great this time , but I need to know is somebody have has the same problem , and or he or she have fix the manifold or just buy a new one.

I will post some pictures of the fix one

I had my FD SS manifold leak checked, leaks fixed, flanges flattened, re-leak checked. Its been holding up great for the last 8 months, with a lot of racing.

I take off all the not smoth part inside of it , I take off all the heat points , that makes it craks and I sent to to resurface the 3 faces of it that there were compleatly wrong.
I will try to send a better resolution picture that you can notice the diference, I have one used and I can show you where it was loosing comprecion.
In case I think that it is the best exhaust manifold that you can buy for the price , but it is not plug and play.

OK, so basically you had to re-surface all the mating flanges, common thing that needs to be done on those manifolds.

I have in this moment a Garrett t04E , but I want to instal then a GT4088R, my goal is to get 420whp at 14psi in a pump gas.

My engine is street ported big intecooler , and I will buy the 1600 cc , with a walbro fuel pump.

Eny recomendation??

I think that i will buy that turbo in 3 months more , but fir I have to install the T04E.

I attached some pics of the t04E , and the ported that I made to it.

i have a ss autochrome manifold for sale ... with the hks style wastegate brand new for 200$ so if anyone wants it send me a pm .... the quality isnt all that bad and i do have to agree that its the best bang for your buck ... and if you spend the extra time and money beefing up the welds it should last as long or longer than the other 800-1000 $ manifolds...
