Some preliminary set-up pics !
Motor is in , I am soon going to start on my exhaust manifold . The dam turbo is too heavy to hold up so , I had to improvise ! , the discharge piping would be a bit of a challenge , but I think I figured it out . more to come as I progress.

Yep , it happens when you are trying to come up with the best layout for everything.

I am hoping for 550whp , but 650+ seems to be the rage now , so .......why the hell not ! i dont want to boost more than 30 psi though.
Thank you , it should be nicer when its all done .
"That Big Thing" started to spin (, just like the GT3071's did) , when I put it in front of a bedroom fan which , by the way , was set at its lowest speed , . So I'm not worried abouts its performance in any way, in fact I have seen a "normal" sleeve bearing GT45 make 25psi by 5000RPM on a BP motor , so I think I would be safe.

Yes and no , the price was good , but I am also of the belief that the GT42's turbine is too small for my porting type. If i could have gotten a custom ball bearing turbo with a 42 front and 45 rear I may have gone that route instead.

Yes , I did not see any performance improvements over the Garrett , the prices were similar and they weren't ready with their ball bearing versions yet .

Hi everyone ! I am a bit further along now , but my work schedule has changed DRASTICALLY , so I am struggling to get things done during the week ends (that I'm not required to work !).
So far I have completed my custom (dual thermostat ) oil cooler upgrade , fabricated the exhaust manifold , completed the mods and upgrades to my fuel syatem .
At the moment I am working on my intercooler piping , upgrading my water injection system and I am looking around for a good deal on a pair of TIAL V44 wastegates(I have since decided against the single V60 and ended up selling it.)
I also have to pull the motor AGAIN ! turns out my new ORC clutch cover is a bit too wide/large for my OS push/pull converter ! one of the nuts on the clutch cover is making contact with a bolt head on the converter , so I have to do some modifications to the converter to allow the bolt to sit lower , or maybe I just need to simply grind down the bolt head a bit or both , either way I have to pull the motor to do it .I will take some pics as soon as I can.
