ND Smoking like a trucker mother

so after getting the car up and running and no leaks, I decided to take it out and warm it up to do a pull to see if i was boosting properly. Good news is I am boosting at 14psi where i need to be but after a hard pull i smoke really bad for like 10 seconds and all goes away and normal. Is it due to not draining properly and it is backing up? If so i would need to try and redo my drain correct? thanks to all previous with the help to get her running and also to those helping in the future I might hit 41K miles this year on the car after owning it for 4 years if i get this smoking fixed.

Where exactly is the smoking coming from? Over the winter i swap out my To4s to BW 8374 IWG setup, with the To4s i still had my pvc system setup as oem and never had any isssues with crank pressure. Anyway when i start testing the 8374, i had alot of crank pressure system building up it's so spit out to the inlet filter and oil filler neck it spit all the turbo section and that's where the smokes begin. I also found oil on my oil pan where it meets the engine i hoping i did not blew my sillicone gasket. I just got nice catch can from Jegs and fab my own bracket and tap the oil filler neck oil cap i did like 12 pulls and no smoke. Before if i did 3 hard pulls i got alot smoke, it's confusing because when i took the car get tune on the dyno it did not smoke at all, and did 10 pulls on the dyno.

smoke is coming out of the exhaust on hard pulls not during normal driving. It did stutter a little after normal driving just as i got on it would that be same cause?. i called precision and asked him and he said it has a good chance of crank case pressure as well. i am looking up catch cans as we speak. Just wondering would you have pictures of your set up so I may mock it?

Any way it would be that the turbo needs an oil restrictor?
I know I had real bad smoke on hard pulls and it was due to too much pressure.

i have a .042 oil restrictor on it and I learned that the ball bearing ones already have on in as well already. so i am not sure to remove it yet. I searched here for crank case pressure vent and that is the first thing i am going to try and go from that point plus a catch can will never hurt. just wanting to see how some have it in the car and placement.

This the side of the oil neck. the tube goes to the bottom nipple to the top nipple. could this be a factor and I would use these to the catch can when i get one?

Yeah that's a no no, anyway here is my setup. First i drill and the oil cap and it work for some odd reason i did not like it how it looks and beside if i need to fill oil i have undo the hose and then the cap. I now decide to removed the oem tube on the side and drip & tap it. I put a -6 an fitting on it. Here picture of my setup, oil catch was from jegs with twin inlet in case i need to vent the other side back to the rear oil drain. So far i did 12 hard pulls on highway and a few twisted road and no smoke so far.

does that catch can have a drain on the bottom? if so do you have a Y on the oil drain line and tapped into that?

Yes, there is no y on the oil line, that black hose is for the my coolant overflow tank just happen to run it over the -6an fitting.

quick temp fix would be to plug one nipple and run the hose from the other nipple to under the car or... soda bottle or... obviously this would be garage tech and only to allow you to do your drive.

your car should not smoke if vented.

call me crazy but could I run 2 oil catch cans with breather on them? one off the top tipple and one on the bottom or should I just plug the top one and run 1 catch can from the bottom?

i just ran a hose from one of those oil filler tube holes to a fitting in my intake before the turbo. my intake gets a little oily but who cares. no smoke at all. less crap in the engine bay and dont have to mess with emptying a catch can

i have one line already going into the intake tube just before the turbo. it is not a large one but it is something. I order line and fittings to get this catch can set up going. I don't mind emptying a can as long a i locate it in a easy spot.

ok so I just got the catch can in and lines routed. took her for a few pulls today and she did not smoke. I was dam near out of fuel and put 16 gallons of fuel in. Yup i did not know she was that low one bit due to a float issue I had. Anyways I am here to say thank you for the ideas and tips on this. she is running and happy as ever and i can say she is an absolute blast to drive. Thank you everyone and mostly Rx7Aholic as I semi cheated your design. I just turn over 41,000 miles on the car and scared to drive it.
