Single Upgrade

Okay I plan on going single sometime this year but was wondering is it a good okay to daily drive it, I don't plan on revving higher than 2.5k....Also which turbo would be a good option I want run (91)pump+aux injection and keeping it around 450-500rwhp is that possible without running lean?

ummm any single can be daily driven (all in tunning and turbo selection, and your tolerance for lag).... but you can't really drive under 2.5k rpms with a single all the time AND make any power...
Well with aux injection (aka meth/water etc) you can run ALOT more than 500hp and not run lean... it's all in the tuning though.
Mike B's running 550rwhp on a single with only 800/1600 injectors... no auxilary injection... not his daily driver but it is street driven sometimes. Like I said it's all in tuning.

Why do you want 450hp if you're not going to rev it up at all?

I assume you mean it'll spend most of its life under 3k (because lets face it, you can't even cruise in 5th at 2500rpm and do the speed limit on the interstate )

But yes, your goal is entirely possible. All in the tune, and the setup. If you keep your goal in mind from the start then the end result WILL fit the dream.

I'd recommend ditching the MOP if you're going to be babying it THAT much. That'll help keep the carbon build up down.

Would the Power FC be a good choice for a new ecu I've looked around a bit and not to sure what would be the best choice? Haha I'm just gonna baby her driving to and from work getting on it once in awhile other than that just running it hard on the weekends...I don't really mind lag just want it to kick in at a mid range RPM any suggestions?

alot of good turbos in that hp range would be a gt35/40r, 500r, r85, etc. the pfc is definantly a good choice mike b is running that with 550rwhp on a bridgeport and gt35/40r, I also like the haltech.
