single or twin?

the Stage 3s BNR pulled harder than the t78 in which rpm range? does it have the same top end pull as the t78? any chance of a dyno graph i would really like to see the characteristic of this 3s turbo

thanx bridegported for the pic, it helps. now i want a monster port haha. so i take it a half-j brideport is better than a normal bridegport? anyways, I narrowed the turbo down to a GT35/40 or HKS T51-R or BNR Stage 3 Modified twins (that come HIGHLY recommended by 93redFD), and so it may just come down to price and practiblitly. With the modified twins i'm still worried about all those vacuum issues and overheating, so......i'm iffy. I think my best shot is with a single turbo, but of course, the BNR stage 3 twins are A LOT cheaper than a large single turbo and will cost me less, thus getting me the best "bang for my buck". It would just be easier if i won the lottery!
rx7turboracer, depend on how deep your pockets go. how much do you want to spend??? How much boost do you want to run??? And what kinda times are you wanting run at the track. Sence im broke or "POOR" I would go with the twins becuase there 1k's cheaper and also a similar amount of power on pump gas. I dont remember a the rpm range, i was thrown back in the seat becuase I didnt expect what was coming
Im not saying that they will over power a single on top end. the only way I will be able to find out is to race spoautos when my car gets back running, it should be in month or so.

My pockets go to about 12K deep, now. But that is for an ECU, turbo kit, new BNR engine, and all the other mods i need to run around 480rwhp SAFELY. I would like to put up mid 11's times, on pump 98 octane gas. i dont have access to race fuel right now. but i want to shame Corvette V8's and Viper V10's, you know
Thanks for the dyno graph dude
Impressive for such a turbo. However, no way it will pull harder than a t78. That dyno graph can be produced by a t04s or even t04e (if ur lucky). I don't know how much cheaper is a to4s compared to the modified stage 3s

indra, light to light the t-78 will get its *** walked on becuase of power band range and lag. The have more pull in the 4k range. Im suprised that people are hatting on these turbos. Most of the time poeple are looking for a turbo that make 15 psi by 2k rpms. Brian didnt make these twins for people to ditch there single turbo setup and go with them. There a bang for the buck end of statement.
The BNR twins pull extremely hard for twin turbos. Bryan knows his $hit on machining, balancing, and the internals of these turbos. If you don't want to spend the extra money on 1600cc injectors, fuel rail, and a $3500+ turbo kit, then the BNR turbos are a great alternative. The Stage 2s work great sequentially, and the stage 3s spool fast enough you can run them non-seq and have 17 psi by 3500-4K rpms. SPOautos already pulled 125 mph traps running 18 psi and granny shifting so he wouldn't break anything. If you want HUGE power, then you'll need to go bigger, but either drive or ride in a 400 rwhp FD before you go shooting for the sky - 400 rwhp in a FD pulls HARD...
