Why complicate things, when you can do it with plain water and through a pneumatic process?!?!?
Quick question though, what happens during the winter? How do we keep the ater from freezing? I will be contacting you as soon as I finish my car (might be years though

Its not much of an issue as you can add small percentages of glycol or other types of antifreeze to your mixture but generaly if its freezing outside there is frost and ice on road and you wont be driving a 750bhp 2wd mazda very far anyway

I live in a cold part of Australia where it gets to minus 8 degrees celcius overnight and have never had pure water freeze as always under cover of a hood then in a garage the actual engine never gets that cold let alone the interior so most tanks are mounted in engine bay which warms up from engine and its never an issue I have found. And as I said when its that cold out you never have any tire grip to use a small portion of the available power so its not realy relevant at all.
