What is the best overall SINGLE turbo kit with the greatest potential for 350+ RWHP and still maintain good driveability for every day use?

Apexi but you can not rebuild...not that I know of.

T78 will make much more power than you want and lags more than even the T04S (which is the larger of the two XS kits that most people buy).
I'd say either the T04E or the Apexi RX6 based on a 350 rwhp target. As you start to get more towards 400 rwhp, I'd say T04S.

I concur with wargasm's post. The XS T04E would be good for your 350 RWHP with minimal lag goal. The A'PEXi kit makes a little more power, but the turbo is not rebuildable for when you throw an apex seal at it. I have the A'PEXi kit and I generally like it a lot, but the XS kit is also very nice and its power output and servicability make it seem like a better option for your goals.
