Single Turbo and PMC computer

I currently have a 93 Automatic and running the latest PMC purple computer. I am interested in installing the XS t04s ( strip) kit very soon and was wondering if the PMC would be suitable to continue to use. I have been running Non-Seq with this piggyback computer for 2 years now with no problems. With the Haltec I will have some issues with continuing normal control with the Auto Tranny/hold feature. I know of at least one lister who has done the Haltec install sucessfully but still have some questions about that like 1) what exactly was done to keep the timing pickups on stock and used with the Haltec, 2) What was done on the Boost signal, keeping the stock MAP inplace to the stock computer and running the new Haltec somewhere close by ?. Really the timing issues in the main problem, what exactly was done to keep everything satisfied. I want to keep OMP, Hold feature and Tranny control. With the PMC I would keep this but would it control a Single?

My brother has a highly modded '93 FD auto with a PFS PMC tuned by KDR. He is thinking about going single turbo and Dave said the PFS PMC would work fine. I have a single with the PFS PMC 5-sp and Dave said it will work fine.

It will work with some time tuning it. But, I had a hard time getting it setup correctly for anything short of WOT.

I have since switched to Haltech.

I would like to share this....
All day I keep getting error 0004 = ram/memory problem.
This happened once last year and never happened again til today. I would shut the car off and sometimes it would reset others it wouldnt. When it did reset, it would come back after driving for a few minutes.

FYI error 0004 causes the PMC to go in limp mode.

So I make a few phone calls. PFSs phone was busy all day, so I called EFI systems and they tell me it sounds like the ram is taking a dump on me and it might be time for an upgrade. EFI did say to check the switch to make sure no wires where touching as that will cause it to go into limp mode. So i did, no wire where touching but I did space out the terminals just for the heck of it. Go for a test drive and its fine. Then I went out later and its still fine.
I sure hope this is just a once a year thing, or gets me through til the AEM comes out. O thats scary!

I figured out the switch is bad.
