Found a manifold on ebay... just curious as to what all would be involved in making my own single turbo setup...

What manifold are you getting?

With just the manifold you'll need.....

turbo (with the proper foot print)
wastegate (possibly a flange depending on the wastegate you pick)
downpipe
oil/coolant supply and return lines (depending on turbo)
most likely an air filter
most likely a blow off valve

You're going to need fuel and some sort of engine management, but just to complete a custom kit, that's about all you need.

 

...and of course the obvious... hose clamps, couplings, fittings, different hard pipes, etc....
