single turbo newbie

I'm no newbie when it come to the world of rx7's but I just got a Garett 60-1 turbo. So, I'll probley be in here a lot more often now. What are your thoughts on the 60-1, it was very highly recomended by ReTed, but I just wanted to see what you guys think.

chris,

I got a T60-1. (ceramic ball bearing version) Mine just made 321 rwph @ 8-10 psi. Autometer boost gauge so how knows.

Fuel pump craped out had to switch it with a stock unit. max it out pretty quickly.

320 @ 10psi!&nbsp Wow!&nbsp That thing should easily produce 400 at 15psi!&nbsp Nice job!&nbsp Who does your tuning?

Looks very good, wonder what it would have been if you didn't run out of fuel and could go to 7.5k rpms.

Dave at KDR did the tunning. If it wasn't for having to switch to the stock fuel pump he would have tuned it to 15 psi. Hope to get around 420 @ 15 psi. I am a little worried the engine will pop, it's the original mazda motor with 48K on it.

Isn't your dyno STD, not SAE corrected hp?
