Single turbo install: Did you remember your restrictor pill?
Well, considering that the engine pumps somewhere in the vicinity of 110 psi, and the turbo only wants 60ish(?) psi, thats not good.
I think I found out why I was being James Bond.

you dont actually put a "restictor" in your oil line...the restrictor is part of the oil feed adaptor that fits in to the top of the bearing housing...pull that adaptor off and look to see if it has a "pin" hole size opening in it..hence your "restrictor"

Red-Rx7 had a .62 Holley jet on the bench and we drilled the AN fitting and forced that bastard in there. No more smoke and no need to check the oil when filling up with gas now

We needed power right away.
Have a nice day.

You can make a "restrictor" by buying a Holley jet#60 or #62. Use a 1/4" NF tap (and 1/8" drill bit?, it should say when you buy the tap or you can reference a chart).
Drill the AN fitting (I used a -4AN to 3/8" NPT) on the CHRA side or NPT side.
Tap it with 1/4" NF tap.
Lock-tite the Holley Jet in place.
