First and foremost.... be prepared to spend $$$$$.
While I'm not single turbo myself, I have looked into many of the parts needed to go single turbo. To name a few of the big things:
Turbo (of course)
Manifold
Downpipe
Wastegate
Some sort of intake/filter
Bigger intercooler
Bigger Injectors
Engine Management
Clutch to handle the new power
Other Misc. Items (Oil Feed/Return Lines, Fuel Pump, FPR, Gaskets, etc.)
Like I said, I have done a little homework, but I'm not, by any means, an expert on the subject. Hopefully some of the single turbo guys will be able to chime in and add to the things I more than likely forgot.
Also, as many will come in here to remind you, do a search. There are plenty of very knowledgeable people on the forum who have spent time writing up threads to assist others in traveling down the single turbo path. With all that being said, much luck in going single!
