Setup for my Turbo II. Suggestions Please.
I am currently in the proccess of upgrading to a single turbo for my '90 Turbo II and am looking for suggestions and other things about the setup I am going with. I am putting together the kit and doing most of the work myself except for the pipe bending and a few things I can't do in the garage. I have a stock motor which I plan on blowing up but would like to at least test out the setup on before it goes at around 12-14psi. Here is what I have so far...and what is planned.

I know there are alot of small things I am missing. Like the oil cooler lines which costed around 250 to make from AN lines and so forth but those are the things ill need to know about. How much and how expensive are the turbo oil lines to build? Other suggestions?

Check out my profile. My car runs ****. It has everything you are planning on getting, my turbo is just a little bigger... I got my SS braided oil lines from mazdatrix to find out later they get them from Earl's. Just go to Earl's... BTW I would leave the stock gas tank, it is huge plus a fuel cell will raise your center of gravity not to mention make it stink in the car more than it has to...

The reason I was thinking of a fuel cell was for the AN lines coming out of the bottom for the larger fuel pump. If I were to add these to the stock gas tank I would have problems with being to low and so forth. Plus im a bit lucky with fuel lines and so forth. I work on my car in a trucking garage so AN fitting and stainless lines are pretty much available fairly cheap. Thats what I will be running for fuel lines at the end of the project after my stock motor blows up. I also need to add to the list a Crane HI-6. I keeping track of all this in an excel spreadsheet so I dont forget things....
