I have just finished installing my engine and got it started with a streetport mod and wiring harness moded for a single turbo setup but I have a problem my engine will idle but it will not rev over 2000-3500 rpms and up. I did the soft reset and still did not work.

Did I missed a connection some place or is there a special sensor That i did not connect that is needed?
