IN S4 T2 engine rebuild, now blowing white and blue smoke

Just rebuilt the engine, s4, 4port, Na rotors and put 3 heat cycles on it, did a radiator pressure test came back good, no leaks. then took it for a test drive and it started puffing white and blue smoke, mostly white from what i could tell. it won't go past 6k rpms while driving down the road but with free rev just fine. i'm thinking that the turbo is messed up or stuck and causing it restriction from getting air into the engine. but need the advice of where to go, i also did a radiator compression test after this and still checked ok. not sure where to go from here. your input would be greatly appreciated.......

If its rich enough it looks like a fog, but you should be able to smell it!

when My t78 turbo blew an oil seal...the smoke was white also...is the oil also leaking from the compressor side also...Mines was leaking from both end and when fully warmed up it would smoke like crazy due to oil being burned by the heat from the exhuast...

Time to upgrade the turbo...

Was the engine ported? Its possible the port is too big and into the oil jackets.
