What is standard spring rate for rx7store gt35r kit?

What is best way to hook up lines to wastegate. I am using Manual boost controller and hooked up vaume line to side port. Is this right?

 

Spring rate is 10 lbs. If your boost controller has 2 ports then the OUT goes to the top of the wastegate and the IN to a pressure source.
