rx7 won't fire

I am thinking of buying this rx7(87) from a relative, but there is a problem with the car. It won't start. The engine turns but no start. I know that there is a spark and fuel flowing, any suggestions?

do a search for unflooding the rx7 and the atf trick. although i have no idea if this is the problem but it will get you closer to what your problem is
