RTM waste gate!!

RTM waste gate!!

heres my waste gate i made its not fully done need a few holes tell me what ya think the valve size is 2.020"

How does it mount onto the manifold? I am guessing you just haven't drilled the wastegate yet for mounting.

yea those are the holes that are not done it mounts to the mani on the bottom

have you tested it out yet? rotaries put out alot of heat, hopefully that material you used wont fatigue

Watch out for heat transfer from the hot side melting your diaphragm on the cool side. Most wastegates neck down in the middle to minimize heat transfer. Yours does not neck down as much, which could lead to problems. Cool project for sure , but do be careful with it. You might want to run a pop-off valve to protect your engine if the wastegate fails.

there are thin spacers in there, i was lookin at making them bigger also i have an hks bolw off /pop off
