Rebuilding Greddy Wastegate - Need Help Finding a Diaphragm

I have an early 40mm Trust Type-S wastegate that I'm refurbishing for my turbo kit. I was hoping someone here would have some useful insight into finding a replacement diaphragm.
It measures 60mm across and is secured in the WG by the bead around the edge instead of the usual flat lip with bolt holes.

Thanks Rx-7 Clubbers,

Actually I think it's still available, just mislabeled on GReddy's website under "wastegate spring (S)". I can't believe they would ask $850 for a WG spring, but you never know!

I tried searching myself for this diaphragm a while back. My only thought is to take another manufacturers replacement and hope it can be modified. I've ultimately decided to send a stock turbo out for upgrade and use the internal wastegate. Besides, I don't like the open wastegate, way too loud.

Thanks for the word beefhole. Unfortunatly, I haven't been able to find another wastegate that uses a similar diaphragm. All the replacements I've found sandwich the diaphragm between the top and bottom housings with through-bolts.

just do what everybody else does and switch to a Tial, or something else that's not as expensive and obscure

Yeah, that would be the easy way out. But I have a complete, original style GReddy turbo kit for the FC and would rather not bastardize it.

It turns out the diaphragm is still available through GReddy as a special order, but it retails for $150. Sure would be nice to find one at a bit more reasonable price.
