quick turbo manifold question

OK, i am turboing my N/A ans was wondering something. I know a stock turbo/manifold will not clear the stock N/A intake manifold. My question is, will an aftermarket manifold and turbo clear everythign OK??

I am going to be running a T70, and this is the manifold design...

Otherwise i was thinking about buyind some bends from MCMASTER but that pipe would cost about the same as just buying a manifold...

That seems to me a POS ebay thingy..... i would be reluctant to buy....trust me they crack.... especially from the turbo flange... i personally witnessed a two inch crack on the lifetime waranty POS OBX..... my friend was very very annoyed

smart ***... : )
I am actualy thinking about just making the manifold myself, using that design. Only because then i would know what bends to buy rather than spen $100+ on bends and either need more or not use a bunch or something...

i welded my own header with some bends and pipe that i bought, all it is, is basically a 13b flange to about 2" of pipe to a 45 bend then about 5" pipe, then the another bend then the turbo flange. Im not positive on the pipe lengths but what you can do is get a flange from mazdatrix then weld a mockup, nothing more that a thin piece of metal, check the fitment then go back and tack up the header, re test it for fitment, then if it fits finish the welds and ur in business. BTW if you make ur own make sure to have the flanges machined so they are flat. i have pics if you want em, it works great and i just finished welding my downpipe as well, if you havent seen it check out aaron cakes writup on the n/a to turbo conversion
