Quick Fuel Questions...Urgently Need Help?????
1. What do I do with my catch can fuel line that comes up with the delivery and return line?
2. How do I attach stainless hose to my stock fuel lines?
3. How do I tap my primary rail for AN or does anyone make an aftermarket primary rail?
4. What color plugs on the engine harness go to primary and secondary injectors?
5. Do I have to splice my harness to plug up to the secondaries(1600s w/K2RD rail)?
please respond and help me out. this is the last thing i have to do.thanks.

Im assuming the catch can you are talking about is the purge control system. You can just leave it if you want...it helps control the fumes coming from the fuel tank. When the motor isn't running the fumes are absorbed by the charcoal canister and when it is running they are sent into the intake to be burned via the solenoid.
I'll attach a picture of my fuel lines to give you something to go by. I will tell you that it is a real tight fit tapping the primary fuel rail to put in those fittings...they want to hit the oil injectors. I have since got rid of the oil injectors so its no problem now.
Front Primary Light Green/Red | Black/Yellow
Rear Primary Light Green/Black | Black/Yellow
Front Secondary Light Green/White | Black/Yellow
Rear Secondary Light Green | Black Yellow
You can get the connectors for the secondary injectors from Jason at the rx7store. Just remember to use 10 watt / 10 ohm resistors if you are using a PowerFC.

yeah, you would use 1/4 NPT to tap the stock primary rail.
for fitting the lines to the stock hard lines, you will need barbed fittings. i think the stock lines are 5/16 or -5...good luck) i know earls makes a barbed -4 (1/4in) you may be able to tighten a clamp tight enough around the hose and use a -6 to -4 union.
its kinda hard to explain. more can be learned by just playing with the different fittings. (gets expensive just playing though)
one option i was going to go with (decided against it, but it would work) when trying to retain the stock hard lines was to run a dedicated feed from the tank and use both the stock feed and return as my return. i opted against it though.
