Question for tuners

I`m running a mircotech LT8s and I`m curious about my EGT`s under load.

Idle cold start AFR are 11.5-11.8 and my EGT`s between 600-800 degree Celsius

After engine warm AFR`s are 12.0 to 12.2 and EGT`s between 950-1100 degrees Celsius

While cruising at 3000 rpm / 10"hg my AFR`s 13.0 13.3 and EGT`s between 1300-1375 degree`s Celsius

Then when i punch it from cruise to high load 18 psi and run for a good strech my AFR`s is 11.2 but my EGT stays around 1300 degree. Is this NORMAL?

EGT sensor is located after the turbo in the down pipe.

Question is this safe... which do i trust the AFR or EGT?

Please advise!
