I feel kinda retarded. The problem ended up being the lines running the the wastegate. They are stainless braided lines and looked fine from the outside, but once i had them out of the car and hit them with pressure, it just blew through the braid. I could feel it cracking when i bent them. On a side note, wastegates are a bitch to put back together.

Good to here... You might check out the synapse lines they sell. Nylon high temp and press in. Yes, I hate pulling the spring in the gate. Such a bitch trying to put back in.

I'm going to head over to a shop on my lunch break and see if they can make me some new lines. I'm just going to tell them i need some good high temp stuff with the same fittings at the current lines and see what they come up with.

Got everything back together last night and went out tonight to test out the controller, started with everything turned down and worked my way up. It responds much better now, at 45% set and 20% gain, i was already at 23.6 psi. Good deal! The boost seems to be fluttering a bit, so i'm going to try a few different gain settings and maybe different pressure locations to try and combat it.

Start boost was set to 16 psi, I could lower it but then it would be below the wastegate spring. I don't think its the problem, but i could try lowering it. I didn't really spend that much time on it.
