pretty cool fuel system

Well, I thought this was a cool combo. Yaw injectors, xsessive lim, and cj fuel rails.

Not done yet but i will post as it gets done.

This engine is going to be pretty cool....t67, haltech e8, and 6000cc yaw injectors.

I thought it was a good combo so I thought I would share.

Those are some pretty nice looking rails. Did you custom make those for the 1000cc injectors, or was the spacers the only thing that needed to be changed?

Can't wait to get my stuff back from CJ-Motorsports, I will be running the same set up other than the ECU with a Full Bridge and GT42R soon...I need to talk to you too Glen about getting those Injectors...Are they available yet?

BTW Thanks for the help in getting that GZ LIM for me to send to CJ-Motorsports to make this kit.

Glen,

The set-up looks great. I also need to talk to you about the yaw injectors. I am going to be running Brandon's rails but on stock non-seq twins for the summer. Im getting the car fine tuned with suspension first before I get over my head with the engine. Would 780 and 1000 CC be fine for stock twins? I dont have the GZ manifold.

Well I am the rotary distributor for Yaw power injection. PM me if you need some.

More pictures to come after the 4th holiday...

I have to point out how really cool this setup is, if you are running a PowerFC you will be able to run all 6 1000cc in jectors with the powerfc alone. No resistors, No stand alone injector driver boxes(fjo, aem) and you can run 2 1000cc primaries and still idle like stock.

Actually Charlie, you would be good with 4 1000cc injectors, these injectors can run low enough to idle like stock 550's...

Oh yeah man, with that ecu we will give you data (dead times, voltage vs rom, etc) to plug in, that is going to make adjusting fuel so easy and much more consistant.

Are these injectors high impedance ? Do you have them in 1600 cc or 1680 cc ?

These are high impendance...We are working on a 1200cc injector but I think that is as far as we can go with this injector...these have really fast reation times and atomize really well much better than the current bosch 1680.

4x1000cc will support 420hp no problem at 43 psi

I find it funny people use those spacers. I've built two cars with 6000cc setups and throw them out every-time. You don't have to use them, just another thing that can leak in the future...

Care to comment on how to accomplish this a little more, very interested!

Thanks

^It's as simple as putting in the injector sizes and corrections factor. (550/1000=55%) Next you setup the lag. I forget what I put, but I generally plug in till I run around 12 a/f at idle.

Glen I'm sure can expand much more than I can.

Thanks for that but I was talking more along the lines of how this is wired up?

I wire them up parallel DO NOT DO IN SERIES! Polarity is marked on the connectors you get with the injectors so you simply keep track of them. Nothing complicated at all...

Gotcha, that's what I wasn't sure about. Parallel made sense to me but no point in experimenting on a brand new ECU and injectors.

I forgot to also say that you can buy the plug and play harnesses with connectors somewhere to plug right into your factory harness. They just don't make them pre-wired for parallel connection but you can do it for your primaries and just order two extra connectors to do it for your secondaries. Take care...
