power out put of TD06?

Apparently there was some guy running a stock GReddy TD06 out at Moroso this past weekend in a third gen (import event) who ran an 11.20 on STREET TIRES. I wasn't there and didn't witness it. Heard it second hand. Can anyone confirm?

11.20 on street tires?
i find that a bit hard to believe, especially on street tires.
Td06's are pretty small and usually produce around 350ish rwhp at 15-17psi not much different than stock twins
