I know of two people on here that are running it.

Not like it matters but I had a YZF R6 engine with a T04B strapped to it on that same exact cart....It was an engine that was going on an FSAE go-cart.

HAHAHAHA i have never seen anyone type studder.
Yes i mounted it like that for two reasons. One is the intercooler piping being simplified by mounting the hat like that and the other is clearance from the v-band on the downpipe. |

just a guess, but perhaps they just gutted a carb and put the hat where the air horns would have normally been.
at any rate, the pics are awesome and all, but i still don't know what E&J throttle bodies are ... |
it looks like a holley carb with no air horn, just with injectors.

Wow what a design! Pumping 50 psi boost through this Cobra neck must generate 1000+ hp with the right turbo combination. Didn't know that it was didvided, only seen that on intercooler tanks before. Nice pictures!

/Lasse The divider was put in there to aid distribution on the blow-thru carb setups. Most of the people I know running them on EFI combinations remove part or all of the divider. I have not actually tested the difference so I cannot state for a fact if it's better that way. |
