Hello all,
After looking through the many imformative hybrid turbo write ups i had a question about the set up i would like to use. ATP turbo sells a
"Garrett Compressor Wheel, GT2871R, 71mm - 56 trim." Looking at garretts site this is a 71x53.1mm wheel. As compard to the 70x55.37 vtrim. ATP also sells a
"Compressor housing for GT2871R with 71mm 56 trim wheel" which is a 60a/r.
I am looking for around 300whp with quick boost response at a max of 15psi. From fc3s it seems the vtrim gets to 300hp mark with good response. I would like to know would these components work for s5hybrid and would they compare to the vtrim wheel? From the compressor map it appears to like more around 18psi but at 15psi and 40lb/min still within 65% efficiency. Thank you for any response,
