Poll: which wastegate
Cheaper != Better .....
Cheaper == Stuck Open / Closed Wastegate....
Go with what the manufacturer of the kit / mechanic reccomended... they have experience and know what works for the amount of exaust you'll generate, this would also depend on your porting I would immagine....

The lower the boost you want to run, the biigger/better the WG you need. Since you have limited it to two WG, I assume you already have both. If so measure the actual opening, I have measured WG before, and they often are differnt than their descriptions. Both are good quality, so assuming you dont need to boost less than ~15 psi either. If you need to keep it lower than that(cannot imagine why), then you may need a larger WG, like an HKS GT.

I hear both wastegates are really good actually. Are you piecing together your own turbo kit? If you are using an HKS manifold then the HKS wastegate will bolt directly on. I hear the HKS racing is good (it's what comes on their t04r kits).
