If you’re at 400HP with your single turbo set up I'd stick with 9s all around. That's what I was running on the stock twins at ~350wheel (~400HP) along with HKS twin power. I didn't have any issues with that combination, and I'll be running the same set-up with the 62-1 unless I have some issues. I haven't read anything definitive recommending otherwise at that power level.

I run a jacobs rotary pro pak with an FC leading coil, and typically run 9s for anything under about 1 bar. For higher boost, I run NGK or Greddy Race plugs in 10.5 or 11 in the leading holes.

then I recommend my setup, jacobs amp, fc coil, stock plug wires, and try 9s and see how they work out.

Twin Power or XS Power Pack and be done with it. Both are good for 18psi.

9's all around, if not 10.5's.

With a good tune you can run some colder plugs, and be alot safer IMHO. I run 11.5s, but I am going to give the Denso 11 range Iridiums a shot. I am @ 500rw@22psi. Brian, what is the downside of the race plugs besides cost? I am seriously hoping to get more miles out of the Iridiums, but we shall see.

Can you street drive these 11.5's without fouling? If not what is the coldest plug that can be run on a street driven car and not foul?

What is the least expensive plug that can be street driven? Where do you get them?

I have been running 11.5's with no fouling on the street with pumpgas/premix at 20 psi.
I bought a box of each heat range , Check the for sale section , I am selling off my extra's...

I ran the NGK BR10EIX's and a twin power. No problems whatsoever. The 11.5's may be too much for your application.
