Please check this comp map

it's BW s200.

Can I reach 400 whp with this?
also which back side housing should I get for fast spool?

I guess nobody use this.
thanks

No, you won't hit 400 with this.

Looks a bit small to me.

Why don't you check out my turbo to see if it will work for you. I made about 405 rwhp at about 14 PSI.

Compressor: 60-1
Compressor Cover: 0.70 A/R "T04S"
Turbine Trim: P
Turbine Housing: 1.00 A/R (you might also like the 0.84 for a little faster spool)

This turbo is not the shiny brand new one, but it's also pretty cheap

There are several other good picks in the 400 rwhp range, so I'm sure some other people will make some suggestions.

I have a 62-1, just slightly bigger than Wargasm's. When Steve Kan tuned it, he said it was good to about 400 rwhp on pump gas at 15-16 psi.

Apexi RX-6 could be pretty good for your power goals, and I hear it spools really quickly.

for 400 rear wheel rotary hp you are looking for a minimum of 53 pounds per minute of air.

the turbo you mention is a mismatch. at one bar it will do 49 pounds and make 375. to get 55 pounds of air you need a 3.6 pressure ratio which is 37 psi! that's way too much stress for the ponies.

the RX6 is a great mid hp turbo for the fd but it will probably fall short for 400 rwhp.

i suggest you check the GT3574 from Aspec as an option. there are others as mentioned above.

Well... how "good" a turbo is will be evident in its compressor map. It's just a method to pack more air into your engine to allow for more combustion. A glorified air pump. Of course, durability is something that will not be shown on a compressor map, so for that you will need real world experience.
