well do the math every psi is what 20 to the wheels? the turbo sweet spot isnt even there yet .. 20 psi pull should be at 500 easy

I'd check your math, if each psi is worth 20 whp, then 20 psi is only 400whp. I don't think it really works like that.

and not to mention that although with someones setup, they might have got 20hp with every psi raised, that was with a certain setup and a certain turbo, that does not mean that you will get 20hp to the wheels with any turbo you have and increase the boost.
and i was not doubting that the turbo and your setup cant hit 500 i was saying you should definitely be able to hit it cause i think that turbo can put out over 600whp on a rotary

He's talking about volumetric efficiency and it varies with every vehicle and rpm. Typcial ranges on turbo rotary are 90-115% with 90% being stock port or lower rpms on a modified engine.

Should look something like this but with a bit more room due to the newer aero of the billet.

It's easily a 600rwhp rotary turbo if pushed.

That non-billet 67.8mm wheel is doing 80lbs/min which is around 600rwhp on rotary.

Without compressor map, we won´t know.
We know that EVO guys can produce some ridiculous power - over 900 HP@crank, MPH proven. So theoretically, flow rate for over 600 HP on rotary is here.

Problem is that this flow can be efficiently produced only at high pressure ratios. You can see the trend that these particular turbochargers are working best on small 2.0 engines. Not so much on larger types like RB26, 2JZ, or 13B rotary.

Best bet for utilizing most of this compressor would be stock port engine, 12a if possible

That's very respectable.

I'd say you are probably around the upper end toward 115 percent (decent sized SP).

I would argue that the flow can be achieved efficiently at lower PR but the most benifit over the non-billet is certainly higher PR with the improved aero.

I would say the BW compressors are worse than the GTX series for this fact and i see the PT line being closer to the Garrett wheels.

he's only moving around 55-60lbs of air and that is smack dead in the sweet spot of a GT4094.

Now it's not the exact same compressor but they are not going to drastically be different.

430rwhp is damn good for any turbo at 14psi and can be seen due to the 75-78 pecent island he's prolly float'n around on his billet wheel.

He's doing good and is on track for some serious power.
