Need more pictures of turbo manifolds.

Quit making fun of the quality cage, you guys are just jealous of the metal melting skills.

I think the problem is your turbo's too small, it's hard to find a good manifold for those little guys

Here's mine...

This mounts a GT40R on a 6 port engine (clears 6 port lower intake):

Made of 2" SCH10 304 stainless. Runners are about 17" each, flanges are 3/4". Wastegate is a Tial 44MM.

Well, I got my manifold built today. 25 inch primaries.

I started to tack it together but ran out of gas . I guess I've been playing around too much lately.

Well, the little practice I got before my gas ran out.............. the inside of the tube looked like volcanic rock . I wondered what the hell was up with that ! So, I did some reading on the turbo mustang forums and those guys talked alot about using solar flux to keep the sugaring down. I wondered if I should pick some up before I weld this header together next weekend.

You the man.

Thats what back purging is for. It prevents the weld from being contaminated on the inside of the tube.

Shorty .120" Mild Steel

This one seems to work well. Rock solid boost control at 0.9 Bar, with 1.5" WG outlet plumbed back into 3" exhaust. Price can't be beat.

321 tubing, 304 flanges. I've had it glowing bright orange and it hasn't cracked or anything yet; boost control is rock steady.
