Pics: My custom twin turbo system

I know its the singel turbo forum but I thought that this might interrest you. I have designed and built the system myself. It uses 2 watercooled IHI Ballerbearing turbos with internal wastegates. I have seen 475 Hp on a 1.8 L 4cyl with one of these turbos. Header and exhaust are made of stanless steel and wrapped with "heating wrap" and aluminium tape.

I get 8psi by 2500rpm and raising. by 4000 I have the 14psi I run with right now. I could get boost lower if I boost up the BC.

I dont know how many HP Im pulling out but I got 121mph on the drag last weekend with a safe ignition map on 14psi. BTW. here is a video: http://www.wankeltrim.se/docs/movies/gzon.avi

Couldnt upload any pics to the forum so I made a little page for them. here they are: http://hem.passagen.se/mgzon/bilder/TT.html

Hi Martin! Fun to see you at this forum! You say you gonna tune your motor for 18 psi boost are you expecting over 500 hp at the flywheel? I think it can be done with proper timing and 108 octane ELF race fuel!
But it would be more easier if you had my monsterstreetport (stage 2) done to your engine! But maybe next year...

Looks incredible. Great job!!!! My one question is how are the IC intake pipes run? Do you have two seperate entries or do the pipes converge prior to entering the IC? Thanx in advance for the info. And once again congrats on doing an amazing job!
