Overboosting: wastegate adjustment

Ok, so I have been overboosting and macking the fuel cut like it is my job, believe there is a hole in one of the hoses. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get the wg spring to pop open at 15 psi (spring rate), until I called our good friends and columbus and jason told me the profec b had to be turned off. I took it to the track to test it and it worked, except the boost creeps up a little and just barely hits the fuel cut off and on. If I adjust the bolt on the wg will this help keep the boost steady?

Creep is creep assuming your wg hoses are good and installed properly. If you get boost greater than wg spring pressure as rpms rise you likely have a flow restriction thru the wg system (mani-wg-wg outlet).
