Overboost with Profec B

I have a XS t04s setup, just installed. I can't get my Profec B to control boost on HKS racing WG. With the controller hooked up boost goes past 14 lbs, disconnected the boost stays at 12 lbs with a slow boost ramp. All connections are correct (as in greddy diagram for poppet style external WG). I have change the dip switches for overboost. Pease help
Troy

Re: Overboost with Profec B

While i think the Profec B is the worst boost controller out there for external gates..try connecting this way:

1. compressor discharge--->side port of wastegate and "IN" on Greddy solenoid
2. "OUT" on Greddy solenoid ---> top port on wastegate

The HKS EVC EZ (stepper)by far works the best for external gates...

btw:3/8 fuel line works great!

good luck.
