Oil lines for borg s362

Since this is a fairly common setup does anyone have a parts list as to what they used for oil lines on their borg warner S362 (or similar)

How many feet of an line, adapters to bolt to the turbo, adapter to get an an fitting to the block etc.

Starting to make a list here but I know some of you dudes can just regurgitate information like a super computer and

I dont have the correct numbers but if you go on ebay there is a vendor that sells kits for FC and FC engines for BW series turbo install.

for all BW journal bearing S300 turbos

a dash 3 oil service line if less than 18 inches.

a dash 4 for longer

no restrictor

Probably not applicable but it is semi related.

For Borg Warner EFR turbos oil feed line:
-4 an if less than 18".
-6 an if more than 18"

wow, the EFR requires that big of a line? does it smoke? is a restrictor used at all??

No restrictor. Built into the turbo.
