NOS fuel pump?

I got an offer to buy a very very slightly used NOS fuel pump pretty reasonably.. what do you guys think, pic included...Heres the description...


High Volume, High Pressure Electrical Fuel Pump
At 4psi, this pump can be used in engines producing up to 700 HP. 67 gph @ 45psi (100psi maximum). 3/8'' inlet and outlet. Comes with foam rubber isolator.

I'd just buy a walborow (sp) pump... It flows just a little less, but drops right in and is 1/2 the price.. you also have to remember that that is 700hp on a piston engine... or about 525-575 on a rotary...

Yeah, but with the NOS pump you can put those cool totally awesome NOS stickers all over your car and it will actually mean you have NOS (kind of)!!!!

lol... kind of on par with that, I just ordered a NOS fuel pressure guage from summit to put on my Aeromotive regulator as a Joke...

lol.. forgot you ordered the same one.. it works just the same as any other fuel pressure reg. except the background is red and it says NOS at the bottom... don't worry it'll make you cool like F & F...

I heard the NOS sticker on the gauge alone calculates and sets your fuel pressure to the desired amount. Is this true?

Dayyyyyymn! The wonders of what performance, not NOS, but just the NOS stickers can do for your car! Everyone should have them!

Back to the topic... how much are you getting that pump for? Every now again you can stumble upon a great deal. Once on ebay I bought a Walbro fuel pump that fits RX-7's among various applications and supports up to 550rwhp for only $26 shipped and all. (it was brand new also!). I didn't have use for it and resold it making about 500% profit!

Guys quit whoring my thread LOL

I got the pump for $100, cant beat that it. It was placed on there just to tune... And now he wants to run twin turbos so I hes selling it. Im only running whats in my sig so I think it ought to be plenty for 375rwhp, MAYBE

Lol, I was only joking about that. Anything on topic or close to is cool..

Id say maybe 1% of my posts were something that didnt relate to the subject. majority of my posts were made in the 1st gen forum, where I have substantial knowledge. But anyways thanks guys, It should be here Friday
