No POWER! HELP!

Hey guys well i have a t78 rx-7 and when i start to build boost at about 65% throttle the car shows 7 psi of boost on my boost gauge but the car doesn't move like it used to...i mean when i build the boost at 65% throttle and then let off the throttle to 25% the car pulls crazy hard. I just don't know what it could be....if you have any advice on what to check please post...oh and i have 1300 secondaries 550 primaries and a pfc along with a lot of other assorted items...thanks in advance and peace out

doesn't anyone have or possible had a problem like this....i mean could it be an exhaust leak...i mean the car just doesnt move at 7 psi like it used to it just runs like its not tunned feels like the exhaust is causing the car to studder due to shitty flow and poor O2 reading...hmm well i think it is an exhaust leak any other suggestions????

Do you usually run 7psi? That turbo is a slug at that boost level.
