New turbo question

Hello
I hope someone can answer my question about the turbo I have.
Because I have absolutely no idea.
When I got my FD3S it came with a turbo made by turbonitics. I wasn't sure what kind it was so I sent turbonitics a email with the model number.
They sent me back this.

T4E-SB-57-D-D-62-TUND0_81

So my understanding after reading its a
T04E 57 trim compressor, standard bearing F1-62 turbine wheel with a tangential undivided .81 A/R turbine housing.

So what does this mean? I understand that it will spool faster because of the smaller housing.
But what HP gains will I be able to get when I dyno in a few months.
And is this a good choice for my car?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Generally that turbo makes 340rwhp @ 1 bar, and 400rwhp @ 20/22psi.

You should see 1 bar by 3000/3200rpms.

Lol I hit the wrong button on my cell.
Thanks for the reply.
I didnt think I would have 1 bar by 3200rpms.

One of my friends was telling me to get, I believe its a Garrett GT4088R (aka GT40R)

But i think the one I have should be good
