need opinions on T04E sizing

I have pretty much decided to go with a T04E type turbo. I am stuck between 3 different sizes. The 60-1 with 1.0 A/R, the 60-1 with 1.15 A/R, and a 62-1 with a .96 A/R. The manifold will most likely be divided SS tube type, and I may do some more porting to the motor to accommodate the bigger turbo. I will be using the car mainly on the street but I also do some road racing, autocrossing, and drag racing. Basically I'm looking for a good all around turbo capable of producing 400+RWHP at around 15 psi with as little lag as possible. I am interested in people's comments who have experience with the T04Es. I know there are a bunch of you guys who just purchased the T04E kits from XS. What sizes did you go with and are you happy with your purchase?

I was thinking the 62-1 would be getting large enough that I might need to go with BBs to get it to spool quick enough. I'm pretty sure a 62-1 with a 1.15 would be too large for my needs. I said 400+ hp not 500+ Not that 500+ hp wouldn't be nice but I think I would want more power in the midrange than the 62-1, 1.15 could offer. I'm thinking the 60-1 will spool quick enough without BBs and might meet my HP needs. Can anyone tell me what the differnce would be between a 62-1 with a .96 and a 60-1 with a 1.15? I don't know a whole lot about sizing turbos but it would seem to me that they would spool and flow about the same amount of air.
