need help with turbo setup

OK im looking for a good turbo setup for my FD. I will be using the car for drifting, autocross and road racing. I want something with about 400 hp but with good boost response. I was looking into the GT40r GT35r. which would be the better route to go.

35R for 400hp. Can do slightly more then that on an REW with about 19psi. A local member hits your goal with stock ports @16psi. He's also running a .81 exhaust housing and boost is very responsive, but peels down ever so slightly at redline. A .96 would hold to 9K rpm for sure.

35R if you're only looking for that much power.
