Need help finding out what kind of turbo this is??

I have a brand new Garrett turbocharger and these are the numbers on the plate itself.

N/S 466290-5018
N/S MOD YCo142E T04E14

these are the exact numbers
the compressor is A/R .70 it has a 4" inlet but it has a 3" smaller inlet inside, the turbine is a A/R .84 with a 3" V-band with a T4 divided flange. need to figure out if it is ball bearing etccc... I want to sell this thing.

I seriously doubt it's ball bearing.
You want accurate specs, you need to pop the housings off and measure the wheels with a dial caliper.

It is a T04 journal bearing turbo with a 70mm compressor wheel that was designed in the mid 80's it seems. Very surprising that you were able to get a new one.
