My friend and i just installed his HKS to4r kit on his car. The turbo spun freely and very easy before the car was started (oil feed was primed) after it was started oil pressure filled the center section and now it doesnt spin almost at all... if the center section has no fluid in it it will spin freely but if you just pure oil into it and blow(with 2-3 psi mouth pressure) it is very hard to spin...? any ideas ?i dont what to hurt anything and have never had this problem before ....is this normal for a new BB turbo before it breaks in a litte? again with no fluid = spins great ....fluid = barly spins?

 

There is a single turbo section. You might want to try there.
