hks tor4 vs garret to4r

does anyone know if there is a difference betweeen the hks to4r and the garret to4r? I know hks gets their turbos from garret but do they change anything on them?

There are some differences, but nothing that would get me to spend $2400 bucks on the HKS version. I've seen some first hand and taken them apart, they do change both housings quite a bit, and the turbine wheels are different. Nothing crazy. I have a TO4R on my fd and it's performing quite well.
