I wouldn't expect that to be as much of a problem, so long as you stick with something near ambient temperatures. It's similar to just pouring some water on your intercooler or ice-packing it. The only thing to keep in mind is that the stock ATS will still heat soak due to it's location and read high for a good long while, even though the air is cool. So you'll be a little leaner than normal, which would probably be ok since most people run rich for safety anyway. Good luck!
