Why not go with a parrallel setup? Then you could use the second port on the FPR.

What you show will work, just a few comments:

I'd consider at least feeding the rails in parallel using a -6AN y-fitting. This is what I did then tee'd the return from each rail to the regulator.

If using the stock secondary rail, one end is already threaded for 12mmx1.25 (commonly available adapter fttg.)

Talking with Kinsler about pressure drop, they told me to avoid banjo fittings or close turn angle fittings - if possible.

I agree with Trout2. Use a Y or T pre- fuel rails. Run the fuel through the rails and back to both sides of the FPR. I would use as few 90degree angles as possible. Be careful when you tap the primary rails. There is a clearance problem with the oil injectors.

Good luck.

That's some EXCEPTIONALLY fine lookin graphics you've used!! Sure seems like I've seen those in another life...

Anyways, just consider a few thing:
- total fuel flow at what pressure
- potential pulsation problems depending on your injectors' size/arrangement.
- As has already been mentioned, minize the acute plumbing angles.
